Successful Events!!!

The May fiesta was a success! There must have been more than 300 people there. There were many people from Indang. The event lasted until around 7:00 pm. There were also many guests. The different towns of Cavite were well represented, as well as other parts of the Philippines. There was a Catholic mass at 10:30 am with the Saint Anthony Claret Filipino Choir singing.
The Miss indang and Little Miss Indang Pageants were held. Miss Belinda Fello won the Miss Indang and Savanna McCowan won Miss Little Indang. The first runner up was Rachel Ann Crook and the second runner up was Victoria Monzon.
If you did not make it to the 26th Anniversary and Induction Ball last June 1st you missed out all the fun. It was also a huge success. There were more or less 400 attendees. Ross Joya, the President of Cavitenos inducted our new President Teresa Crook Burns together with the rest of the incoming officers of 2002 IndangSoCAL. Miss Indang and Little Miss Indang was coronated by Mrs. Annie Joya - Mrs. Philippines 1999-2002. Our very own Delma Cubillo and Nelson de Lara rendered songs. Savanna McCowan performed a Hawaiian dance. There were raffles with great prices and lots of dancing.

Special thanks is extended to all who have donated their time, effort and material gifts to the success of the Indang Fiesta and the 26th Anniversary and Induction Ball. Due to overwhelming support, it is impossible to mention each individual name. But our heartfelt thanks goes to all of you. MARAMING SALAMAT and MABUHAY!!!
